Care Philosophy

It is the aim of The Baxter Clinic to create an environment in which patients and their families are given the best possible care both physically and emotionally. It is our goal to show the love of Jesus while treating the whole person. We wish each patient to feel genuinely cared for here at The Baxter Clinic

Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. Our providers do not see walk-ins. If you are in acute distress call 911 or go to the hospital emergency room . Always call for an appointment before coming to the office so you will have a minimum of wait time.

Our providers value their time with you and are committed to being on time as much as possible. Therefore if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will have to reschedule.

Because emergencies and unforeseen things happen in a medical office, we ask your patience when a provider runs late. Next time it may be your emergency. Please call as soon as possible if you need to reschedule an appointment. We charge $50 for a "No Show" for a regular appointment. If you are a new patient or are scheduled for a physical, you will be charged $150 for a "No Show".

Please arrive 15 minutes early for a new patient appointment so the front office can process all of your information.
